Get To Know Me
My Story
Originally from Canada, I’ve called the UK home for nearly three decades, connecting with diverse perspectives and deepening my understanding of human experiences. As a psychotherapist, I work with clients of all ages, tailoring my approach to each individual using person-centred therapy, sand tray work, EFT, and CBT. Alongside my private practice, I support young people with complex needs, helping them build life skills, manage emotions, and reintegrate into education. My background also includes working as a Peer Tutor for children facing bereavement, domestic violence, and Special Educational Needs (SEN). Before transitioning to psychotherapy, I spent years in Human Resources management, overseeing payroll and administration for over 1,000 employees across multiple locations. These experiences have shaped my compassionate, practical approach to therapy, where I focus on creating a safe and supportive space for meaningful growth.
