FAQ
What Services Do I Offer?
I provide a range of psychotherapy services tailored to individual needs, including cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness techniques, and stress management. Each session is personalised to address specific concerns and promote overall well-being.

How Can You Schedule an Appointment?
Scheduling an appointment is simple. Simply reach out via email to book a convenient time for your initial consultation. Alternatively, use the contact sheet that can be found on the contact page. I strive to accommodate your schedule and provide prompt assistance.
What to Expect During a Therapy Session
During a therapy session, you can expect a safe and confidential environment where you can openly discuss your thoughts and feelings. I will listen attentively, offer guidance, and work collaboratively with you to explore solutions and promote personal growth.

Do I have to book block sessions?
No, I believe therapy should be led by you. To ensure you feel in control of your journey, I
offer an initial 30-minute consultation where we can discuss what you’d like to focus on.
After that, I encourage you to take some time to reflect on your needs. From there, we agree
on a session frequency that suits you, and this can be reviewed every few weeks to ensure it
continues to meet your needs.
How long does each session last?
Standard sessions last 50 minutes, but I understand that everyone’s needs are different. If
you feel you’d benefit from longer or shorter sessions, we can discuss and adjust the
session length to best support you.

Where do you operate?
I am a mobile therapist for those living in the Torbay area, UK, meaning I can provide in-
person sessions in the comfort of your own home. For those living further afield, I also offer
FaceTime sessions, ensuring support is accessible no matter where you are.
What does "holistic" mean in therapy?
A holistic approach means looking at you as a whole person—mind, body, and
emotions—rather than just focusing on one specific issue. It considers how your thoughts,
feelings, and physical well-being are connected and uses different therapeutic techniques to
support your overall growth and healing. My approach integrates Cognitive Behaviour
Therapy (CBT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), sand play, and relaxation exercises to
help you achieve balance in a way that feels right for you.

How do I know if therapy is right for me?
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s completely natural to have doubts. If you’re
feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for guidance, therapy can provide a safe,
supportive space to explore your thoughts and emotions. Our initial 30-minute
consultation allows us to discuss your needs and see if we’re the right fit—there’s no
pressure, just a chance to explore what works best for you.
I noticed your accent—are you based in Canada?
Good spot! While my accent is Canadian, I am based in the Torbay area, UK. I’ve lived in
the UK for many years and provide mobile therapy for local clients, as well as FaceTime
sessions for those further afield. No matter where you’re located, my goal is to create a safe
and supportive space for your therapy journey.
